Our law firm is small, mighty and packs an unrivaled legal punch. In the Washington D.C. area, we hold rank in real property tax and land use matters. The boutique size of our practice is intentional and allows us to concentrate on the niche practice areas to which we have dedicated our long careers. Our work is never distracted or diluted.
We undertake challenging assignments for leading national companies, developers, and property owners – helping them to achieve their objectives by solving complex real estate legal issues. Decades of professional experience and volunteer leadership involvement in the Washington D.C. community afford us valuable connections to local jurisdiction decision makers, resulting in swift and successful results for our clients.
Our team delights in building lasting relationships with our clients, and we are committed to supporting them as they evolve with changing markets and the regulatory landscape. We promise prompt, personalized and responsive service to our clients. And we always provide this level of care without over-staffing a case.
We can attribute our firm’s unparalleled reputation to our integrity, extensive cross-sector expertise, client relationships, local leadership connections and an unwavering drive to win.
